How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


In the event a client cancels or reschedules, a 2-week notice is required. Client will not be charged for the missed service. For anything less than a 2 week notice the client will be charged a cancellation fee.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?


No. Not unless you have a specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do you wash windows?


Unfortunately, we do not wash windows




Do I have to be Home?


You do not have to be home if you are willing to provide a key. We are fully licensed and insured. We also perform a background check and drug test on all employees before hiring.
